About The Event
Bring your family, bring a friend, bring the dog. Join us for a walk around Whangarei’s beautiful Hatea Loop to raise awareness of Down syndrome in our community. We’ll be hiding painted rocks along the walk - collect yours at the start. Come in orange and purple fancy dress, wear a silly hat, dress up your dog. Lots of fantastic prizes on the day! Gold coin donation welcome.
Registration and number collection starts at 9.00am and closes at 9.45am.
Why not come early and have a coffee in the Town Basin before you walk?
Walking starts (following short briefing): 9.45am.
Prize-giving starts at 11.15am (or earlier if all walkers have finished).
